Officetrain Online Courses

Online courses are available in all versions of Microsoft Office up to and including Microsoft 365 (the new name for Office 365)

You can choose one of the standard courses or make up your own course by selecting topics relevant to you.

Each course is 90 minutes long (unless stated otherwise), and delegates receive the following:

  • pdf set of notes on topics covered in the course
  • demonstration files used during the course
  • exercises to try
  • PowerPoint file covering key points

Courses are delivered using Zoom (preferred) or Microsoft Teams.

Recordings of Zoom sessions are available for up to 7 days for delegates to download or stream.

Current courses are for Excel, but happy to deliver courses on other Office programs.  Please contact me for more details.

Excel Presenting Information - Conditional formatting and creating charts.

Excel Tables and Pivot Tables - Using Tables to store data, and analysing data with Pivot Tables.

Excel Power Query and the Data Model - Automate data import and clean up with Power Query and build Pivot Tables from multiple tables of data using the Data Model

Introduction to Excel Macros - (45 minute course) Set up your PC and use the macro recorder to generate code.
